EMI’s Goals
for 2008.
Together
providing
others the
opportunity
for a
brighter
future
1. To open
EMI’s first
Chinese
speaking
Bible School
in Taiwan
This school
will be
designed to
capture and
focus the
enthusiasm
of young
Asian
Christians,
who have a
desire to
contribute
something
positive to
their
nation.
EMI’s school
will be the
first to
open its
training to
gay, lesbian
and divorced
Christians.
With their
dignity
restored
these young
men and
women are
going to
contribute
astonishing
acts of
service for
their nation
and beyond.

2. To give
orphaned
teens the
hope of a
better
tomorrow
By sending
Linda Barnes
and Carolyn
Bocian to
South Africa
to serve in
a teen
orphanage,
we all have
the
potential to
save lives
and improve
the quality
of life for
these young
people,
otherwise
abandoned to
the constant
abuses and
acts
violence of
street
life.. With
your help
EMI has
almost
completely
raised the
financial
support
necessary to
send Linda
and Carolyn
by the end
of this
year. Both
women are
college
educators
and will use
their
God-given
abilities to
give these
young
African
people
opportunity
for a better
tomorrow.

3. To
prepare to
host the
largest
mission
outreach EMI
has ever
attempted
In 2009
Kaoshiung,
Taiwan will
host the
World Games.
With well
over 500,000
visitors
from 89
different
nations
expected to
attend, EMI
sees this as
a wonderful
opportunity
to touch
lives of
people from
all over the
world.
Joining EMI
will be a
team of 50
Christians
from various
nations,
whose
purpose is
to bring a
positive
message of
God’s hope
and unity to
all nations.
