At EMI Global we are fortunate to have a Board of Directors who are committed to the mission of providing inclusive churches for LGBT people and others excluded from God's love. Our directors give generously of their time, talent, and treasure, as well as their unique professional skills and business experience to keep the vision focused on people.
Janet Robertson
Chairperson
Janet is the Executive Director of Encounter Missions International (EMI), and is a seminary graduate as well as a passionate church planter. She is happily married, studies Chinese and loves playing mahjong.
Dr. Kathy Duncan
Board Member
Kathy is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of LaVerne, California. She is happily married and has the distinction of being bi-coastal; living between Los Angeles and New York.
Teri Adams
Treasurer
Teri is the Assistant Dean of Finance for the University of Southern California. She is happily married and the proud mother of a 14 year old son and 11 year old daughter.
Lorri Jefferson
Board Member
Lorri is the Vice President and Head of Mobility Software Product Management for Hewlett Packard (HP) in Houston, Texas. Lorri is happily married and the proud mother of a 6 year old son.
Tiffanie Cade
Clerk of the Board
Tiffanie is the Customer Service Operations Training Instructor for Southern California Gas Company. She loves to ride her Harley Davison to church and is the proud mother of a 10 year old daughter.
Angelina Rodriguez
Board Member
Angelina is the Company Administrator for a Real Estate Land Development firm. She is an ardent prayer warrior, happily married and the proud mother of an adult daughter.
